Message frequency may vary.

Mediation and Dispute Resolution
By using any Business Black Ops Service, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of any Business Black Ops Service, or any product or service sold or distributed by Business Black Ops, shall be resolved through mediation. The mediator must be certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the exclusive venue for any mediation shall be Chester County, Pennsylvania. You agree that the requirement to mediate all disputes or claims is a precondition to instituting any legal action against Business Black Ops, and you agree to any such action being dismissed without prejudice, with all fees including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, court costs, and other related expenses incurred by Business Black Ops obtaining said dismissal charged to you, in the event the mediation precondition has not been satisfied.
If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, no further legal recourse, including litigation or arbitration, will be available.
Waiver of Jury Trial
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you and Business Black Ops mutually waive the right to a trial by jury in any dispute or claim arising from or related to your use of Business Black Ops Services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. You agree to saubmit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
No Class Actions
Any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Severability
Any term of these Terms of Service that is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided once software or coaching services have been delivered. Due to the nature of these services, including the delivery of digital goods and time-sensitive personal coaching, refunds cannot be granted for any reason. Any exceptions required by law will be honored.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time.
